Unfortunately, we can not offer rental properties without employment references. Sorry No DSS all offers must accompany a reservation deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent. If offer is rejected this is refunded to the tenant. on selected properties, tenants are required to pay check-OUT inventory fees (approx. £70-£100 one-off fee) we charge just £75 per applicant to cover administration and referencing costs, a proportion of which is refunded if the tenancy does not proceed. any call-outs that are chargeable by the tenant are charged at £35 per hour (min 1 hr). outgoing tenancy reference for next landlord/agent is £25 per tenant.
